I just want to tell you i loved your article re the possiblity of
a McCain/Guiliani ticket. I so wish McCain would choose the Mayor.
Before he dropped out of the campaign i was a supporter of Guiliani for President. Actually i would much prefer him at the
top of the ticket but you take what you can get. I'm one of the
people the Democrats ignore, a conservative Democrat. Although,
both the men are considerably more liberal than me on a lot of
primarily domestic issues they are both wonderful re national security which is my primary issue. It drives me nuts when i
watch numerous politcal talk shows where they discuss possible
running mates and i don't think i've once heard them mention Mayor
Guiliani as a potential running mate. This happens on both tv and radio shows. I really don't think a conservative running mate would do McCain much good with the ultra
conservative Republican base. The ultra conservative Republican people who despise him won't vote for him no matter who is his running mate. Guiliani would
be the best possible choice. Regardless, i am voting Republican in November. Neither Obama or Hilary are fit to be Commander in Chief.
I sincerly hope McCain suprises the mainstream media again and wins then too.
